Definition
In calorific value maintenance, you must maintain each entry in order to initiate automatic comparative billing. To do this, choose Maintain line.
Once you have done this, the Maintained indicator is set. When you save, only the entries with this indicator are updated.
When maintaining the actual calorific value, it is sufficient to specify the date, before choosing Maintain line.
When maintaining the determined calorific value, you must specify the date and the fixed calorific value. After choosing Maintain line, you can decide which calorific value is actually to be billed by noting the percentage difference between the fixed calorific value and the calculated actual average calorific value. If the difference is greater than 1%, you usually use the actual average calorific value rather than the fixed calorific value.
