Procedure

To set a status in this field, select the status button. You reach a dialog box where you can choose the appropriate status for the license.

Example

When you create the license master record and apply for an license from the authorities, you set the status to "A" (license requested). When your application is approved by the authorities, you set the status to "C" (active). The system can then use the license when it performs export control. The license can then be used in legal control carried out by the system.
