Definition
Part of the supply grid for gas. In one gas composition area the composition of the gas is the same (methane, nitrogen and other hydrocarbons, etc.).
Use
INTENDED FOR INTERNAL USE ONLY
The gas composition area is used for thermal gas billing, provided it is still used to identify the calorific value district.
However, the gas composition area is relevant if the gas law deviation factor is determined via a user exit. The calorific value district is transferred to the user exit to differentiate between various gas qualities during determination of the gas law deviation factor.
