Birth name of the patient.

Use
The birth name is used to search for the patient's name. The entry can contain wildcards:
- * can replace any number of characters within the name and
- + replaces exactly one character.
Procedure
Examples
- If you enter "M*er", all patients are selected with a name beginning with "m" and ending with "er". Any number of letters can come inbetween.
- If you enter "M++er", all patients are selected with a name beginning with "m", followed by exactly two unknown letters and ending in "er".
