Definition

Composed of the normal goods receipt cumulative quantity (GR CQ) and the sum of all open quantities from Inbound deliveries with status 'in work' or 'registered'.

Use

If you use this function, the second goods receipt cumulative quantity (2.GR CQ) is determined at the time of the release creation:

• All inbound deliveries are calculated, that refer to the relevant scheduling agreement item and have the status 'in work'.
• The open quantities of these inbound deliveries are added together and then added to the normal GR CQ (based on stock postings).
• This complete quantity is displayed as the 2. GR CQ in the schedule line data for the release.

The second GR CQ has a purely informative character and states which quantity was not posted in the stock at the time of the release creation, but which was already registered in the plant.
