Definition
Indicates that the stockkeeping (value-only) material of you choice can be entered when making settings for value-based inventory management.
Use
When you assign material groups to plants, you define how stocks are to be managed for the plants or material groups. The indicator has the following meaning, depening on whether if it selected.
- If you do not select this indicator
The system checks the validity of the profile for value-based inventory management for the plant when
you make assignments. - If you select this indicator
If you select this indicator, the system determines the default values from the profile for value-based inventory management when you make assignments. You can overwrite these default values. The system does not check if the stockkeeping materials are valid for the profile for value-based inventory management assigned to the plant.
