Definition

The SAP system groups causes of error leading to declarations to the authorities being incomplete into three hierarchy levels. These levels are the following:

@6A@ - Declaration level

The correction of an error affects all selected business documents. Potential causes of error of other declaration types are corrected simultaneously.

@3P@ - Header level

You must search and correct the cause of error at header level of the document.

@3R@ - Item level

You must search and correct the cause of error at item level of the business document.
