Documentation
Definition
Cash Management data is continuously updated in the SAP System. Both the cash position and the liquidity forecast always show you the latest status.
To look back at the status of past Cash Management data, you can use the "Cash mgmt data from" field for drilldown reports. You can display this data provided the date is in the past and data was saved for this report on that date. You display the status of the cash management data in the past.
If the date in the "Cash mgmt data from" field is in the future, the system cannot find any data. If the date is set to "today", the system displays any existing data. It reflects the status of the current data at the time entered in the report. If new Cash Management data is added to the report between this time and the time you run the report, it is only displayed if you chose the "Reselect" function.
If you want to freeze the status of the Cash Management data, we recommend that you regenerate the frozen data on a daily basis. You can schedule this in the Information System for Treasury Management (by choosing "Report data -> Print/refresh").
