Documentation

Definition

This field defines the organizational unit of the document from which the system is to determine the company code of the document item.

Use

The system compares the determined company code of the document item with the company code of the financial document during the usability check of the financial document.

Both company codes must be identical if the system is to assign the finanical document to the document item!

Example

The following features are possible to derive the company code of the document item:

• ' ' - Derivation from the delivering plant of the document item
• 'A' - Derivation from the sales organization of the document
