Definition
Using this indicator, you control whether the statistical declaration is created in aggregated form or not. Aggregating data serves to reduce the data volume to be declared.
An aggregated presentation is one in which several document items with identical characteristics are grouped together in only one item. The system adds quantities and values of the individual items accordingly.
You can define the characteristics (aggregation criteria) that are used for aggregating data in Customizing. If you have not specified any characteristics in Customizing, the system will use internally defined characteristics that correspond to the legal regulations.
Use
If you set this indicator, the system groups document items with identical characteristics.
If you leave this field blank, the system does not aggregate the items.
