The meaning of the plant in the document depends on where it is used. This includes:

1. Purchase order
   Key of a company or branch within the company (i.e. the company code) which is to receive the ordered material.
2. Inbound delivery
   Key which uniquely identifies the plant in which the material is to be manufactured or which is to receive the material.
3. Goods receipt
   Key which uniquely identifies the plant which is to receive the material.
4. Delivery
   Key which uniquely identifies the plant.
   For production orders, this is the production plant in which the material is to be manufactured.
5. Billing document
   Key which uniquely identifies the plant.
   For production orders, this is the production plant in which the material is to be manufactured.
