Documentation

Definition

The update of the vendor business volumes or rebate income will be cancelled.

All values (vendor business volumes, provisions for accrued rebate income, and rebate income) have a negative leading sign.

Supplementary Documentation - FSTORNO 0001

Use

This indicator enables you to completely cancel (reverse) the update with regard to an external data file.

Procedure

Examples

Although no errors have occurred during the processing of an external data file, the vendor business volumes for an external data record are faulty.

You can completely cancel the update that was based on that external data file and then import a corrected file.

Dependencies

Before updating the "actual" data (version '000'), do not fail to carry out a check run or write the data to one of the test versions. These start with the characters '&('. The third character is optional. You can delete, copy, or change update data using the report 'RMCVISCP' or the LIS Copy Management Tool.

You should always perform the "Cancel update" function if errors occur during the updating process, resulting in only the partial updating of the data. This applies particularly if you have updated the "actual" data (Version '000').
