Definition
Specifies the proportion of the formula item as a percentage of the total quantity.
The appropriate target quantity is taken as the total quantity, if this is specified in the dimension of a mass. If a target quantity has not been specified or the target quantity is specified in the dimension of a volume, the proportion of the formula item as a percentage refers to the total mass of all specified formula items.
