Definition
Transfer of historical, completed purchase order items to SAP F&R
Use
If you do not select this indicator, no historical, completed purchase order items will be transferred to SAP F&R in the initial transmission of purchase orders.
Dependencies
You can transfer purchase orders using transactions FRE01, FRE02 and FRE04. Initial transfer of purchase orders takes place if an product/site combination is recognized as newly replenishment-relevant for SAP F&R. In this case, historical, completed purchase order items are also transferred to SAP F&R.
These historical, completed purchase order items are only needed in SAP F&R in the following cases:
- When DC replenishment is involved
- When a purchasing history needs to be built in SAP F&R
In all other cases, the transfer can be skipped.
If you do not select this indicator, then for the initial transfer of purchase order items, the system only transfers open orders to SAP F&R.
