If this flag is set, then only the affected procurement cycles are selected, calculated anew and sent to SAP F&R with the actualised values. There is no new assignment of procurement cycles to transportation lanes triggered, i. e. that for example the correction of a PPplanning period to make it convertible to a procurement cycle would be ignored. For correction purposes of factory calendar ids or PPplanning periods this flag must not be set.
If this flag is not set, then in addition change pointers are created, so that with the next run of the master data delta load there is a new assignment of procurement cycles to transportation lanes of affected plant data for material. This is only performed, if there is no existing procurement cycle in FRE_DB_PROCYC with the factory calendar id alternatively PPplanning period.
