Use
By default, SAP F&R order proposal items are only considered for the requirements calculation of the receiving plant. However, in a multilevel replenishment scenario, SAP Forecasting and Replenishment (SAP F&R) also needs to consider order proposal items for the requirements calculation of the supplying plant. You use this field to specify which purchase order (PO) items in SAP ERP are transferred to SAP F&R in cases where the combination of material and supplying plant is SAP F&R relevant but not the combination of material and receiving plant.
You can specify the transfer of PO items in SAP ERP to SAP F&R as follows:
- The system transfers only PO items in which the combination of material and receiving plant is relevant for replenishment in SAP F&R. This is the default setting.
- In addition to PO items in which the combination of material and receiving plant is SAP F&R relevant, the system also transfers all PO items in which the combination of material and supplying plant is relevant for replenishment in SAP F&R but not the combination of material and receiving plant.
- In addition to PO items in which the combination of material and receiving plant is SAP F&R relevant, the system transfers PO items in which the combination of material and supplying plant is relevant for replenishment in SAP F&R but not the combination of material and receiving plant. However, these additional PO items are transferred only if the planned goods issue date has been reached or is in the past, but the goods issue is not (yet completely) posted. They are then considered in the SAP F&R requirements calculation within the backorder horizon.
