Activate the new location product logic
Use
To use the new location product interface to exchange location product data between the SAP ERP and SAP F&R 5.1, you must set a Customizing switch in both systems. You activate these Customizing switches by running the report FRE_ACTIVATE_NEW_LP, which has the following functions:
- Delete all old stored location product recovery files.
- Set the Customizing switch on SAP ERP side and on SAP F&R side to activate the new location product interface. This is only possible when the interface tables (BIF tables) for the old location product interface are empty on the F&R side.
Dependencies
CAUTION: Once the new location product model has been activated, it cannot be undone.
