Depending on the setting in this field it is adjustable how the filtering works when promotions are saved.
In one case (first extreme) all checks are made within the saving of promotions and only the relevant data are saved in the administrative DIF occurrence tables FRE_DB_ABI_HEAD and FRE_DB_ABI_POS.
In another case (second extreme) no check is made within the saving of promotions and all data are saved in the administrative DIF occurrence tables FRE_DB_ABI_HEAD and FRE_DB_ABI_POS.
