Definition
If this flag is set, then the DIF occurences are calculated and sent directly from this program (FRE_INIT_LOAD / FRE_DELTA_LOAD).
If this flag is not set, then the administrative tables for DIF occurences FRE_DB_ABI_HEAD and FRE_DB_ABI_POS are filled and the DIF occurences are calculated and sent from the program FRE_DIF_DELTA_LOAD.
DIF occurences can only be calculated for Location-Products. Therefore this flag can only be marked if the flag 'Send Loc/Prod/LocProd/TranspLanes Data to F&R' is set as well.
