Data Reduction Indicator

Use

Possible values are:

01 = Listing Check: only transfer data to SAP F&R if it is necessary for the listing check in SAP F&R.

02 = Cross-Docking: only transfer data to SAP F&R if it is necessary for scheduling cross-docking in distribution centers in SAP F&R.

Blank = No data reduction

If you choose 01 or 02 in the Data Reduction Indicator field for an ERP replenishment type:

• For those article-site combinations with this ERP replenishment type, the system will perform a reduced data transfer to SAP F&R.
• You can only enter 02 (No Planning in SAP F&R) in the RP Type F&R field for this ERP replenishment type.

If you leave the Data Reduction Indicator field blank:

• The system performs a complete data transfer for article-site combinations with this ERP replenishment type.
• You can enter any valid value in the RP Type F&R field for this ERP replenishment type except 02 (No Planning in SAP F&R) for this ERP replenishment type.
