Consider entries in the change pointer tables

Use

If the check box "Consider change pointers" is flagged, the field "Change pointer period" has to be filled in.

In case the master data object was determined as inconsistent and a change pointer for it has been found, it can be assumed that processing the change pointer would eliminate the inconsistency.

Therefore, this object will either not be issued on the list of inconsistencies, or else it will be issued but marked with a special icon (see check box "Issue inconsistencies with change pointer/interface entry").
