Use

If you select this checkbox, the system considers the entries in the business interface (BIF) tables in SAP F&R during the consistency check.

If a BIF entry for the master data object being checked is found, the object will either not appear in the list of inconsistencies, or it will appear marked with a special icon (see the Issue inconsistencies with change pointer/interface entry indicator). This is because the system assumes that the inconsistency is due to the non-processed record in the interface table.
