Use

  • You are maintaining operands

    The determined amount is used as the franchise fee when operands of the operand category QPRICE or FACTOR are used.

  • You are maintaining prices

    If you define prices as franchise fee prices, then no price amount is specified. The franchise price is determined from the franchise contract.

    The value stored in the franchise contract can only be overwritten in exceptional cases, if an individual franchise price was agreed. In this case you must maintain the fields in the historical data.

Note

Note that the system checks the allocation of prices to price operands. The franchise fee category of the price and the price operand must match.

For franchise fees, an additional differentiation is made between customer and company contributions.

  • Customer contribution
    • If you set the customer contribution indicator both in the price operand and in the price, only the price for the customer is determined from the franchise fee contract.
  • Company contribution
    • If you set the company contribution indicator both in the price operand and in the price, only the price for the company contribution is determined from the franchise fee contract.
