Documentation
Use

That particular unit of measurement for areas is used that was defined on the related business entity.
Supplementary Documentation - FQMFLART 0001
Total area of all assigned building and property areas for the specified area type
Dependencies
The system only calculates a value when:
- An area type has been entered in the "Area type" field
- These values also exist in properties and/or buildings in the validity period of the condition
Examples
In the Objects group box, a business entity is assigned with the following hierarchy:
RE object Area Factor
Building 1 2 Living area 10000 m2
Building 2 4 Usable area 2500 m2
Property 1 4 Usable area 5000 m2
6 Waste land 1000 m2
Rental unit 1 2 Living area 200 m2
Rental unit 2 4 Usable area 1000 m2
In the "Area type" field you enter area types for the conditions, such as 2 for the living area and 4 for the usable area; this is the basis for calculating the amounts in the area and Amount/area unit fields:
CondType CondAmount Amnt/area unit Area Area type
Type 1 1000 10 10000 2 Living area
Type 2 1500 5 7500 4 Usable area
