Definition

There are two different types of sections in the Report Painter:

  • 1. Section with characteristics and key figures: Hier you define the report structure by selecting certain characteristics and/or key figures for both rows and columns. All cells in this section are automatically defined by the combination of the row and column content.

Example: Cost elements of the cost element group OAS-INT exploded in the report rows; actual and plan costs in the columns.

  • 2. Section with calculated key figures: Here you only define the descriptive texts for the rows and columns. Each cell in this section can be defined individually with a formula, in which all of the cells already defined in the report can be used.
