Definition

If you select this indicator, the system adds a self-balancing record when it creates the DME format.

The Cemtex user ID contained in the format BECS is used identify the individual account of an ordering party. The self-balancing record enables you to specify an alternative account for payment transactions. Note however that this technique is not accepted by every Australian bank.
