Documentation

Definition

Indicates that documents for which updating has not been carried out are also to be listed.

Use

If this indicator is set, the system also lists documents for which an update has not been carried out. This may increase the list output considerably. Corresponding messages are recorded in the error log.

Dependencies

An update is not carried out for purchasing documents if an update was carried out on the basis of goods receipt or invoice verification, but no follow-on documents (purchase order history) exist yet.

For agency business documents (vendor billing documents, settlement requests), an update is not carried out if the documents have not been released for Accounting.
