Definition
Indicator for subsequent processing (quantity correction).
Use
It may be necessary to make manual corrections in the system after the ship-to party returns the proof of delivery (POD).
You can allow for this by manually setting the indicator corresponding to the processing step based on the Subsequent processing of POD items with difference quantities worklist.
The subsequent processing indicator may have the following values:
- No subsequent processing necessary (icon deactivated)
- Subsequent processing necessary (icon red)
- Subsequent processing completed (icon green)
Following a POD confirmation that has quantity deviations, the system automatically sets this status to Subsequent processing necessary.
After finishing the subsequent processing (or if you determine that processing is not necessary), set the indicator to Subsequent processing completed.
There is also a corresponding indicator that can be set for manual subsequent processing (value correction).
