Definition
This field indicates whether an amount has been paid and confirmed by the US Department of Treasury. For instance, if we have an obligation of 100 dollars with a down payment of 40 dollars. When a complete goods receipt comes in at 100 dollars, 40 dollars of this 100 dollars will have the value 'PAID' in this field, while the other 60 dollars will have the value of 'UNPAID'.
