Definition
The Governmentwide Accounting Reporter Category determines which of the three Treasury Systems (out of the ones allowed by the Agency Location Code Business Activity Type) are being reported through the Governmentwide Accounting Project process. If a system is a Governmentwide Accounting reporter for an Agency Location Code, then transactions included in the Partial 224 will only be reclassification transactions.
