Definition
Grouping together account assignments to which the clearing control should post payments.
Use
You create the account assignment profile for both a company code and posting type.
On doing this, you can create and use account assignment profiles time-dependently from a certain period.
By assigning the account assignment profile to a sort key in the clearing control together with a posting type and an account assignment method, you define the processing method of an interpreted sort key (such as, an interpreted cash reference number) using the clearing control.
