Documentation
Definition
The accountable property identifier (APID) field only becomes visible when the Business Add-In (BADI) FMFG_AC_PROP_CFG_CB is configured. Using this BADI makes another dimension available, by which customizing entries can be distinguished. The fields that may be used are:
- Business Area
- Cost Center
- Fund
- Fund Center
- Functional Area.
Once you have chosen the extra dimension (one only) you would like to use, and configured the BADI appropriately, you must enter a customizing entry for each possible iteration of that entry. For example, if you choose Fund, and you have three possible funds that might be used, you must enter a customizing entry in each date range for each fund that might occur.
Items that do not have a relevant customizing entry are ignored by the accountable property program.
