Definition

Sets the diversion type for the transfer of plan data out of the BW system into Funds Management.

Use

The plan data transfer program determines the Funds Management accounts based on the field assignment that was set. This is unless the system requires a diversion to determine the BSP Elements in Funds Management that are to contain a budget.
This is the case when planning was already made in the FM accounts, for example.

If you need a diversion to determine the BSP Elements, you can choose the diversion type here. When making a selection, note the difference between Actual/ Commitment Diversion and Budget Planning Diversion. This is described in the IMG activity Set Field Assignment.
