Creating commitment items in FM area/fiscal year
When creating a commitment item within the commitment item hierarchy, the system automatically transfers the financial transaction of the superior commitment item.
When processing commitment items, that are not assigned to a commitment item hierarchy, there are no restrictions on the definition of the financial transaction.
Changing financial transactions
It is only possible to change the financial transaction, before budget values or actual values have been posted to the commitment item.
You can only change the financial transaction in the master record of the highest commitment item. For the subordinate commitment items the system automatically transfers the change.
