Definition
Defines that the first step in the two-step approval procedure is carried out for the commitment carryforward.
Use
If you set this indicator, you can reject or
approve the commitment carryforward
for the open items selected beforehand using program Closing Operations: Carry Forward Open Items (RFFMCCF1).
You can carry forward the approved open items in the second approval step by executing the program again and setting the indicator Commitment Budget.
The carryforward is not carried out for the rejected open items and the selection for the first approval step is reset.
