Use
The indicator has only one effect within the hierarchy maintenance.
If you set the additive indicator, then, when you enter a Budget update for a particular funds center and commitment item, the amount entered by the system is added to an already existing amount.
If you do not set the additive indicator, the system overwrites the already existing amount for a particular funds center and commitment item when you enter a budget update.
