Approved Total Costs/Revenues for Each Budget Subtype

Use

The total costs/revenues are approved by the responsible local council (for example) and are entered in the budget planning and/or supplement planning for each budget subtype.

In budget planning, you enter values for budget subtypes of the original budget in this field. In supplement planning, you only adjust the value of the supplement budget and the values from budget planning are not taken into account.

Dependencies

The total of all budget subtypes is displayed in field Total of Approved Total Costs.

It is not displayed for all BSP Elements. It only appears when the field Relevant to Total Costs is selected in the master record of the commitment item.
