Documentation
Definition
Set this indicator to activate the following options in the planning table of consistent planning:
- You achieve major performance improvements: the key figures are aggregated by the database server and only these totals are transported to the application server. If you do not set this indicator, the details are transported to the application server, which then aggregates them.
- You can drill up and down through all hierarchy levels. Otherwise, you can navigate only between the total level and the detailed level.
- Key figure values that you have fixed in the planning table will remain fixed when you save the planning version, and will still be fixed when you return to the planning table.
- If you execute macros online, the system calculates the results at the planning level at which you currently find yourself. Otherwise, the macro results are calculated at the detailed level.
