Definition

If the indicator is active, the system includes the costs from the special periods when copying the actual data to planning.

Caution: Manual planning does not recognize special periods, therefore, the actual values of all periods (including the special periods) are cumulated and an average value is transferred to the plan periods.

Use

You may only activate the indicator if all posting periods have been selected in the source version for copying. Do not specify the special periods, instead, select all the normal posting periods and activate the indicator.

Example

If your fiscal year variant has 12 normal posting periods, choose periods 1-12 in the source version and activate the indicator so that the system copies the values from the special periods also.
