With this indicator you determine whether the entry tool is activated.
If you
- set the entry tool, the system displays all detail screens one after another for the relevant activities and activity elements.
- do not set the entry tool, the system displays only those detail screens which have required entry fields to be maintained.
Dependencies
You must determine a screen sequence using the sequence key in Customizing so that the system automatically displays the detail screens when the entry tool is set.

With this indicator you switch on the entry tool
If the entry tool is
- on, the system displays one after another all of the relevant detail screens for the activity and activity element.
- not on, the system displays only those detail screens where you have to maintain required entries.
Dependencies
There must be a sequence key for every activity category for the entry tool. The sequence key determines the sequence in which the system displays the detail screens.
