Use
Means that the buffer is analyzed.
The short log contains the following information:
- Category of insured object
- Year
- Number of records found
- Number of deleted or deletable records
- Records that are too old to remain in system
- Records that have been deleted because of an obsolete version
- Records that have not been deleted because they are not old enough
- Records that have not been deleted because they are the current version
Procedure
Select the checkbox to display the reason for deletion or retention of the records. If you do not do so, the buffer status is not evaluated.
