If you set this indicator, floating backbilling can be performed for the contracts allocated to this rate category.
In the case of floating backbilling, the backbilling occurs within a fixed backbilling period. You must specify the number of periods that the backbilling period includes.
Floating backbilling can be initiated from a periodic billing (or from final billing).
