Definition
Causes the last nine goods receipts (i.e. den Bestand gebuchte deliveries or inbound deliveries booked into stock) to be shown in an outputted scheduling agreement release (i.e. in an SA release that is printed out or transmitted e.g. via EDI).
Use
If you select the indicator, a maximum of the last nine goods receipts or inbound deliveries are shown in the SA release.
Note
If the SA release is outputted using the print form AUTO_LPA_DRUCK based on SAPScript, max. 9 last goods receipts and max. 9 last inbound deliveries can be included in the output.
Dependencies
The last goods receipts or inbound deliveries are only shown if you simultaneously select the Number Greater Than 1 Active indicator on the Last Goods Receipts tab page and enter the number of GRs and inbound deliveries to be shown.
Please note that this indicator is only effective in conjunction with the print form ISAUTO_ESCR_FRC_JIT (based on SAP "smart form" technology) and the print program SAPFM06P.
For JIT schedules you must use the FORM routine ENTRY_LPJE_AUTO; for FRC schedules the FORM routine ENTRY_LPHE_AUTO.
Example
You want the last 5 goods receipts and the last 4 inbound deliveries to be shown in an outputted SA release.
You thus specify in the release creation profile that more than the last GR or inbound delivery is to be determined and shown. You select the Number Greater Than 1 Active indicator and specify the value 5 as the Number of Goods Receipts and the value 4 as the Number of Inbound Deliveries.
Result
The SA release transmitted to your vendor will show the last 5 GRs and the last 4 inbound deliveries.
