Definition
Specifies the maximum number of customers/vendors a file should contain.
Use
You enter the maximum number of customers/vendors whose data you want to collect in one single file. As the system does not split the file automatically when it exceeds the 3 MB limit given by the tax authorities, you must enter an empirical number of customers/vendors whose data collected by the report is less than 3 MB. Depending on the value-added tax (VAT) cases that are related to your business transactions, the given number can be between 10000 and 20000.
We recommend that you use number 15000 as a first approach.
