Use

You need the functional area to create financial statements in Financial Accounting according to cost of sales accounting.

For the product cost collector, the default value is determined for the functional area from the order type of the product cost collector and transferred to the master data of the collector.

Note that you cannot change the functional area in the master data of the product cost collector.
