Definition
This indicator fixes the forecast values so that they cannot be automatically changed when the forecast is run again.
Use
The indicator is automatically set when you make changes to the forecast values by manually entering a corrected value in the "corrected value" field.
If you want to fix the forecast values computed by the system without entering corrected values, you can also set this fixing indicator manually.
