Documentation
Note on the company type name:
In Training and Event Management, "company type" refers to all attendee types that are not individual attendees and are booked on business events anonymously as what is known as N.N. bookings (5 persons from company X, for instance). In the standard R/3 system, this only applies to two object types.
The following applies for these object types in transactions and documentation elements: Object types are often accessed via a semantic abbreviation which is linked to the letter of a corresponding object type in table T77SO (e.g. ORGEH = 0, FIRMA = U).
- Internal organizational units (identification code ORGEH)
- External companies (identification code FIRMA)
Supplementary Documentation - FIRMA_TYP 1000
Use
Depending on whether you are dealing with external or internal business events, the following object types are allowed as organizers.
External business events (transaction PP16)
- External companies (identification code FIRMA)
Internal business events (transactions PP17, PP18)
- Internal organizational units (identification code ORGEH)
- External companies (identification code FIRMA)
The object types are often addressed via a semantic identification code which is followed by the corresponding letter (e.g. ORGEH = 0, FIRMA = U) in table T77S0.
Supplementary Documentation - FIRMA_TYP 3000
Use
The contents of this field depends on the type of the attendee entered.
The system automatically displays:
- the type of organizational unit for internal persons
- the type of company or customer for external attendees.
