You can specify a role text for each role ID.

Dependencies

Example

• You want to display the text May God Save Him in the footer of a legal form.

  To do this, for the role ID GREETING1, specify the role text as May God Save Him. While generating the form, the system displays this text in the footer section where a reference is made to the text associated with this role ID.

• You want to display the job title Financial Manager and the name of the financial manager in a specific section of a legal form.

  To do this, for the role ID MANAGER_FI, specify the role title as Financial Manager and the role text as Sam (name of the financial manager). While generating the form, the system displays this information in sections where a reference is made to the title and text associated with this role ID.
