Definition
The floor area of a rental unit denotes the COMPLETE floor area of a rental unit. Areas that are not assigned directly to the rental unit but that are rented together with the rental unit, such as floor space, cellars or parking spaces are grouped under "Other areas".
You can maintain individual areas such as cellars, terraces etc. via the "Areas" function.
