Definition
Controls which message type is displayed the meter reading result does not pass a dependent or independent validation.
Dependencies
During manual entry of meter reading results, the clerk can decide whether the meter reading result should be deferred when a warning is diplayed. When an error is displayed, the meter reading result is automatically deferred for later processing.
Warnings are ignored during upload of meter reading results. However errors result in deferral of meter reading results.
